ADHD COACHING
Every person with ADHD is unique—so your support should be too.
As your coach, I bring lived experience, insight, robust training and proven strategies to help you navigate challenges and harness your strengths. ADHD is sometimes labeled a ‘superpower,’ but it can certainly come with difficulties, if not well supported. Thriving in a world built for “neurotypicals” takes superhero qualities—and even superheroes need a sidekick.
I’m here to help you discover your value, build sustainable tools, and create a life filled with grace and purpose.
ADHD Coaching in Oxford: Support, Strategy, and Strengths-Based Guidance. Life with Grace and Purpose
Understanding ADHD
ADHD is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition that affects how people think, behave, and interact with the world. It can influence learning, relationships, emotions, and daily functioning. ADHD is highly individual, meaning every person’s experience is unique. Some people may have developed coping strategies to “mask” their ADHD traits, which can be exhausting and sometimes harmful, leading to burnout, anxiety, or low self-confidence.
Increasing awareness has made it easier for individuals and families to recognise ADHD, seek a formal diagnosis, and access the support they need. With the right guidance, difficulties become manageable, and people with ADHD can thrive at work, school, in relationships, and in personal pursuits.
Why ADHD Coaching Helps
ADHD coaching provides specialised, practical support designed to empower individuals to understand themselves, overcome barriers, and reach their full potential. An ADHD coach is not a therapist—they guide, clarify, and champion their clients, helping them to:
Build confidence and self-efficacy
Develop practical strategies for organisation, time management, and motivation
Navigate overwhelm, burnout, and emotional regulation
Identify strengths, values, and goals
Foster self-compassion and resilience
ADHD coaching creates a safe, supportive space where clients can reflect, explore solutions, and develop tools to live with purpose and ease.
A Strengths-Based, Individual Approach
When you meet someone with ADHD, you meet one person with ADHD. Each individual has a unique combination of traits, strengths, challenges, and experiences. Coaching is tailored to the person—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Many clients face difficulties like:
Time blindness and trouble starting or completing tasks
Impulsivity, risk-taking, or unhelpful coping mechanisms
Low self-esteem or confidence
Difficulty setting boundaries or managing relationships
A coach helps identify these barriers, celebrate strengths, and create actionable plans for success in life, school, work, and relationships.
